By purchasing these course materials, Purchaser acknowledges that Coupled by Dr. Jenna and Dr. Nari, a program of The Prosper School, LLC, does not provide advice of any form or nature. Purchaser further acknowledges that the information provided by Coupled by Dr. Jenna and Dr. Nari, a program of The Prosper School, LLC, in its materials is not counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or treatment, substance abuse care or treatment, or professional or medical services of any form or nature (hereinafter, collectively "professional services"). Purchaser expressly acknowledges that he/she is not relying upon Coupled by Dr. Jenna and Dr. Nari, a program of The Prosper School, LLC, or its agents, employees, or representatives for professional services or advice of any form or nature.
Purchaser agrees that Purchaser will only use payment methods on which Purchaser is an owner and/or authorized user for all materials purchased from Coupled by Dr. Jenna and Dr. Nari, a program of The Prosper School, LLC. Purchaser further expressly acknowledges that, once purchased, courses and any other materials purchased from Coupled by Dr. Jenna and Dr. Nari, a program of The Prosper School, LLC, are non-refundable.
By providing Coupled by Dr. Jenna and Dr. Nari, a program of The Prosper School, LLC, and/or Wix with Purchaser's credit card information, Purchaser hereby agrees and affirms that he/she is hereby waiving any and all rights to dispute charges made upon Purchaser's credit card for materials or services provided by Coupled by Dr. Jenna and Dr. Nari, a program of The Prosper School, LLC, and/or for claims of materials and/or services not received by Purchaser or other similar claim of non-service.
